The sessions are delivered by trained and experienced facilitators. Sessions provide a friendly, supportive space to share concerns and build on your current parenting knowledge.

During the programme we will be using ‘The Parenting Puzzle: Your Guide to Transforming Family Life’. This is a great ‘toolbox’ book which you can refer back to at any time!

If you would like to find out additional information about the programme, visit The Centre for Emotional Health website.

The referral form is accessible through the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Support for Neurodiverse Families webpage.

Some of our Parents/Carers have told us:

This course has been fantastic, and I would recommend it to others. I do feel that the information given is very helpful, I found everyone very friendly and open, this created a very safe environment where I felt heard and understood.

It was a great forum to discuss concerns and questions with facilitators and other parents and being a virtual programme it enabled myself and my husband to both join. It was a really good course.
